Key Responsibilities

Vehicle & Delivery Management

  • Ensure the security of the vehicle, goods, cash, and passengers at all times.
  • Deliver and return goods according to instructions and documentation.
  • Verify that products received or returned match authorized documentation, including cross-verification in loading bays.

Cellar operator / Driver Forklift Submission Deadline : 30-Jun-2026

Job Description

Key/Primary Responsibilities

  • Report to the cellar master and coordinator
  • Make all operations required in cellar as cellar operator (emptying, filling, inspection, postponement and rebuilding of cask).
  • Monitor & record all alcohols transactions in the cellar in logbook. Assures to meet production volume goals according to the forecast given per ullage/filling/inventory.
  • Make all the treatment in or on barrels required by instruction. Assure cleaning of the cellar and material.
  • Clean the vat, IBC or barrels as per instruction. Make sure to report if finding some leakage.  Assure that cask description is maintained for proper identification.
  • Movement of cask and merchandize, materials and equipment, wastes (or all different stuff that is asked by management) in an efficient way and reasonable timeframe.  And ensure all stuff loaded to be transported are secure and properly stacked.
  • Maintain security and safety while moving cask and while using the forklift. Inspect products to be moved for accuracy and safely move them to warehouse or factory.
  • Responsible for complying with the Company’s hazardous material and safety procedures.
  • Monitor & record all alcohols transactions in the cellar in logbook.
  • Operate other mechanical devices and/or other controls that operate lifting devices like lift beams.
  • Place the forklift and other lifting tools over, under, or around barrels, pallets, or skids.
  • Ensure that products are safely moved to designated areas.
  • Observe and comply with company quality, environment, health, and safety procedures.
  • Personally check all quality descriptions of the merchandize to be moved.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Report directly to the Cellar Master
  • Manage operators’ attendance (sick leave, local leave, permissions), bonus processing, and provide administrative support as needed.
